Individual training for long-term cooperation.
We attach great importance to long-term cooperation and the development of each individual employee. In regular feedback meetings (e.g. half-yearly and annual review meetings), the topic of “further education and training” is an important component. Here we discuss individually how the professional and methodical development can be optimally supported.
New colleagues can also register for training courses from our wide-ranging catalogue during the trial period. We also offer individual training measures and participation in conferences. Each individual should grow with us – and we like to encourage that!
