Individual training for long-term cooperation.
We attach great importance to long-term cooperation and the development of each individual employee. In regular feedback meetings (e.g. half-yearly and annual review meetings), the topic of “further education and training” is an important component. Here we discuss individually how the professional and methodical development can be optimally supported.
New colleagues can also register for training courses from our wide-ranging catalogue during the trial period. We also offer individual training measures and participation in conferences. Each individual should grow with us – and we like to encourage that!
Examples from our training catalogue can be found here:
What do our colleagues say?
Here you can read voices from the mgm-team and gain a first glimpse behind the scenes. We have asked some colleagues to describe and share their everyday project and office life with us. The result is a colourful and, as we can confirm, realistic picture.
“Exchange and learn from each other regularly.”
The opportunity to further develop oneself through the classical as well as specific training offers gives a career starter as well as experienced consultant the right tool to master new project challenges through technical skills and soft skills. The training usually lasts two days and gives enough time to really get to grips with a topic and obtain new qualifications.
In addition to basic training courses such as “Presentation” and “Moderation”, I am also happy about specially offered training courses such as “Design Thinking” and “Structured Problem Solving”, which help me to apply my knowledge efficiently with the customer and to use a new perspective.
In addition, mgm is always open for training outside the training catalogue – these can be arranged individually if required. I am already looking forward to the next training!

“Mentoring helps me pursue my personal goals.”
It’s great that mgm has given me the opportunity to choose a colleague as my mentor. I spent a month thinking about who the right mentor for me would be. Personally, it’s important to me that my mentor doesn’t work in my specialist area, because he shouldn’t help me with technical issues, but with my personal development. I also wanted to have a colleague with whom I could have very confidential conversations. After picking someone, I asked him if he could imagine becoming my mentor. He was pleased to be asked and to be able to pass on his work experience.
I meet regularly with my mentor four times a year. We go out to eat together and I can talk to him confidently in a relaxed atmosphere and at eye level about all kinds of things. It is important to me to get advice and to gain from his experience.
He helps me in difficult situations, prepares me for the target talks and pursues my personal goals as well as my career planning together with me. It is important to have a mentor who supports you, with whom you can reflect on your actions, who gives feedback and can show you opportunities from a different perspective.

Career opportunities? Fore sure.
Since our foundation in 2005 we have been growing steadily. According to our principle: to offer each individual freedom to develop himself and his abilities. A company that grows and develops in this way needs strong personalities who strengthen it from the inside. Does this suit you?
For us, however, further development does not just mean making technical and methodical progress. Despite flat hierarchies, you will also find the classic career stages of a consulting agency with us:
