The special Theme Day (Thementage) offers the perfect stage for me to look outside of the box and learn from my colleagues’ areas of expertise yet unknown to me. On one hand that provides the opportunity for me to reflect that expertise in my own project context and in addition may uncover new synergies and potentials within my own portfolio. In addition to the professional exchange the central focus is the social aspect – to meet new colleagues and to share a cold beverage or two. All of course in a comfortable atmosphere. For me, the special Theme Days as well as the daily business at mgm demonstrate that the bond and support between colleagues are an essential component of our company culture. Questions can be asked in the big round and knowledge transfer is highly valued.

To balance project work and private life requires a level of latitude that traditional consulting hardly offers. We dispense with many of the airs and graces that others are said to have and work at eye level with our clients and colleagues: as hierarchy-free as possible. If you are really good at what you do and still keep your feet on the ground, if you are a doer in a project and keep pushing until problems are really solved and if you are the kind of person with whom one likes to philosophize about life with a glass of wine in the evening, then – in my opinion – you will fit in with us!

3. First Interview

In the first interview, you will talk to consultants on a subject-related level.

4. Second Interview

In the second interview, you will get to know a member of the management.

We will contact you by phone and make you an offer.

Welcome on board!

For your initial period, we will provide you with a ‘mentor’ who will guide you through the first steps in your new job.
