Communities
We are organized in communities according to specialized topics.
In this way, interdisciplinary exchange with colleagues from other consulting fields and projects is continuously promoted.
In addition to the work in the customer projects, working in communities enables our colleagues to build up professional know-how. To build up a strong internal network, you can acquire knowledge as a junior and pass on experience as seniors. In addition, presentations and publications are prepared with colleagues from the same disciplines.
This is an overview of our current communities:

Agile Management
BI/ Versicherungen
Merger & Carve Out Management
Change Management
CIO Advisory
E-Commerce
Business Process Management
Public Sector
Organisational Development
Project Management
Software Product Consulting
S/4 Transformation
All colleagues choose a “core community” for themselves – according to their respective areas of expertise. You can also get involved in other communities or participate as a listener.

Training and development
Even new colleagues can register for training courses from our broad training catalog during their trial period. We also offer individual training and participation in conferences. We encourage each individual to grow with us – and we’re happy to support that!
You can find examples from our training catalog here:

Last but not least: Mentoring
Mentoring at mgm means: exchange, passing on experiences, broadening one’s own horizons, raising awareness of one’s own abilities.
The program is based on voluntariness and trust, and it serves exclusively to build a confidential relationship between mentor and mentee.
You have the opportunity to find a senior colleague with the aim of sharing experiences in regular exchange meetings. Your mentor does not have to work in the same field, as mentoring is not about discussing specific topics. The main goal is to promote your individual and personal development.
