Your application documents
We would be delighted if you would take the time to put together a meaningful application for us. It should include the following documents:
- A personal cover letter explaining why you are the right candidate for the position, including your salary expectations.
- Current CV in tabular form
- Certificates (school, study and work certificates)
- List of projects – of applicants with professional and consulting experience
Of course, we guarantee the highest level of confidentiality and confirm receipt of your documents at short notice. The careful examination of your application may then take a few days until we get back to you and inform you about the next steps.
Our application process
Our application process
After successful completion of the application process, we look forward to welcoming you on board. Your first day is a central introduction day in Hamburg or Munich. On this day you will receive, among other things, an introduction to the HR department so that you have all relevant information ready for a successful start. In addition, you will be provided with all the necessary work equipment. Your starter kit consists of a laptop, smart phone, credit card and business cards, among other things which make the daily work of a consultant easier.
In addition, we will provide you with a “sponsor” for the initial period, who will accompany you through the first steps in your new job. This colleague will help you to familiarize with the new corporate environment and our culture, explain processes, useful tips and tricks, introduce you to new colleagues and answer any questions you may have.
